1. Who may use the app

Accounts are created by an administrator. There is no public sign-up. You may use the app only while you hold an active account issued to you, and only for Sahitya Kutir work.

2. Your account

• Keep your password private and do not let anyone else sign in as you.
• You are responsible for everything recorded under your account.
• For security, sessions end each morning and you will need to sign in again.
• An administrator can view your active sessions and sign any device out at any time.
• Tell your administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Recording visits

A visit is recorded to show that you were present at a school or book store. When you record one:

• You must be physically at the location. Visits logged too far away from the school or book store are rejected.
• You must take a live selfie with the front camera at the time of the visit.
• Your device location is checked and saved with the visit.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use mock-location, GPS-spoofing or similar apps to fake where you are. The app detects and flags mocked locations.
• Submit a selfie of anyone other than yourself, or a photo of a photo.
• Enter false, misleading or duplicate information about schools, book stores, visits, follow-ups or expenses.
• Try to access data or features your role does not allow, or interfere with the app or its servers.
• Copy, share or export school, book store or other business data outside of your work.

5. Expense claims

Expense claims must be genuine and relate to Sahitya Kutir work. Every claim is reviewed and may be approved in full, approved for a different amount, or rejected. Payment is made only for approved amounts and according to company policy. Submitting a false claim may lead to disciplinary action.

6. Data you enter

Schools, book stores, visits, follow-ups and expenses you record belong to Sahitya Kutir. New schools and book stores you add may need administrator approval before they appear to everyone. How personal data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

An administrator may deactivate your account, revoke your sessions or remove records at any time, including when your role ends or if these terms are broken. Records already made remain with Sahitya Kutir.

8. Availability

The app needs an internet connection and location services to work fully. We aim to keep it running, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or network problems. Location accuracy depends on your device and surroundings.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Sahitya Kutir is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
